Thrivest Has helped me in ways and at times when i had nowhere else to turn . They listened to me and helped me tremendously. The representatives are excellent at their job they treat you like family and they care that you’re in need. No rushing you off the phone or barely listening to your concerns. I appreciate everything that they do for me . If i had one wish it would be to clone them and put them in every business everywhere. They are the epitome of professionalism and moderation, and they exude goodwill. When it comes to Legal funding They are Number 1 to me. I’ve recently submitted an application for legal funding. I was contacted by a representative by the name of Kyle Kane. He was not pleasant, he was invasive and vague in explaining how the process worked. I still gave him and this company the benefit of doubt. Because to me it seemed like he was trying to detect my race in the conversation but not only my race but the demographics of my race meaning was I a black person that spoke as if I was white or a black person that he and his counterparts would deem ignorant. Anyway he told me that he would get back to me after doing the steps it takes to get approved or not. He never got back in touch with me after weeks turned into months. I finally contacted Kyle Kane who gave me the same non caring attitude as when we first spoke and I asked him about my legal loan application. He responded accordingly but again vague. I asked why wasn’t I approved just trying to understand why? I have not one but two pending lawsuits for two different auto accidents and he could not provide me with any reason only stating that he was told that I couldn’t be funded at the time. When I say race played a role in this I say that because if I sounded Caucasian; first I would have been treated better via phone call and also the application would have been approved because of race faith but overall I believe approval of my legal funding application hinged on the fact that I was a so called African American.
