I’ve dealt with them twice now and the experiences were polar opposites. The first time was great. Smooth and fast service and the guy I dealt with went out of his way to make sure everything got in on time for me to get paid right away but that was a couple years ago. I have no clue what happened between then and now. This time has been horrible. I signed the contract Thursday night. According to the contract that they sent me, I was going to get paid the same day as long as it was in before 1:30 which it was by about 18 hours. All day Friday I was told that they were waiting on the finance department to release the funds. Never got done on Friday so I waited all weekend until today. I got the same speech every time I called. The finance department hasn’t released it yet. Nobody could tell me why it hasn’t been released but I was told that they had everything they needed and were just waiting on it to get released. When I asked to speak with someone that could tell me why it was taking so long, it went straight to someone’s voicemail who never called back. It is now 6pm Pacific Monday and they just closed for the day so it’s obviously not going to happen today. Meanwhile, I made arrangements to pay what I needed this money to pay for and it’s costing me more every day I don’t pay past the date I promised to pay based on what I was told and the contract I signed. As of tonight, I have to find a way to get another loan to cover the fees that their failure to deliver cost me on top of the money I’m supposed to get from them. There’s a 12 page contract that talks about what I’m supposed to do and what happens to me if I don’t do it the way they want it done. the only thing in that 12 pages they promise to do and how they’re going to do it according to the contract they drew up and sent me themselves, they can’t seem to pull it off. What penalties are there for them? Are they going to reimburse me for all the extra money their shortcomings are costing me? Do I get some sort of fee reduction? Not likely. I appreciate what it is they do but this is ridiculous. I’ve read reviews from people that have had the same experience but they know we’re desperate by the time we get to them and they can do whatever they want and will most likely continue to do so.

They funded me, they got paid back with interest. Worth that under the belt you would think that it would make additional funding easier. They approved me for a second funding but my lawyer had a policy shift. We had a death in the family and knowing that the next disbursement is only a couple months away , should go smoothly so I got an acception from my lawyer and called high rise back, and they denied me because THEY aren’t sure when my next disbursement is. We’ll it’s in a few months forth payments are rolling on and next year payments are in the works with more insurance companies settling , so I guess that good previous business, traumatic hardships, back and forth and back and forth , going out of my way to contact the lawfirm, and get an acception ,the off color sidestepping the legal aids went thru to accommodate me when they are monumentally busy with other important work non of that matters , they just make you feel like you’re trying to run a scam on them and they DONT KNOW an exact date even though there is a 100% the next disbursement will arrive, couldn’t see past it didn’t care about my situation , didn’t care about what I went thru to get the acception after they already said I was approved and I asked about getting the acception , all worth nothing to truly help someone in need , they made money off of me not vise versa they could be thankful, trusting , look into it a little harder but they just said no . None of that matters one bit , not when it comes to the business there in . They are good at what they do , they just don’t care about you, your situation, your problems they just care about your money, but I called them so I guess it is what it is.

Danielle and Wanita are an absolute dream team! From my very first consultation, they made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely taken care of. They broke down complex financial concepts in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed.
