    They have the most extraordinary customer service. The entire team was awesome!! Especially, Tanner Stokes followed up to make sure everything was okay answer all your questions, return phone calls and messages in a timely manner made the entire process and easy, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    This has been the worst experience I have had with a company, and now they are holding my cards hostage. I wish I could give them no stars! When we 1st joined we told them we would like to pay on the 1st and 15th of every month. The 1st payment came out all at once on the 1st. We called and said that was not what was agreed on. The person said oh we will fit it for the following month. Next thing we know another payment was taken out the following day of the phone call. I called back and was told oh sorry we won’t take anything out until next month. Well the 15th came and they took out more money! At this point they drained out bank account. The following month they did the same thing. We decided not to work with them any more and just handle our debit ourselves. Now it’s been about 4-5 months and we still don’t have our credit cards back under our names. I call pretty much every month. At the beginning of this month I was told I would get emailed stating that my cards were released to me… Guess what?! I never got the email. JG Wentworth does not care about the customers, they lie, and don’t listen. BEWARE!!!! In response: OR you can fix my situation NOW!

    Very smooth process from start to finish, did a structured settlement lump sum with Tanner Stokes assisting me and he was always responsive to texts or calls and answered any questions. The entire transaction went very well and they were very upfront about all the details

    I’m grateful that my settlements are finished. It took almost a year and half, but it’s finally done. There were something’s out of their control (staff changes, credit agencies, etc…) but it was really drawn out and credit card companies would call me three times a day for 6 months. It was very stressful. In order to settle the debt, the accounts have to be delinquent and my credit score dropped more then 100 points. I wish I knew how much it would drop, but hopefully now the accounts are settled it will get better. Thank you JG Wentworth for helping me out with my debt.

    Rebecca DiValerio was my agent. Her task was to assist me in getting an annuity payout from Prudential. Although it was a very lengthy ordeal, Becca was always on point.
